Is my data safe?
The conversation stays in the AI tool you run it in. Max never sees it. One warning before you paste real store numbers: most personal chat accounts, free and paid, use your conversations to train their models unless you turn that off in settings. Business accounts and the paid APIs do not train on your data by default. Use a business account, or flip the model training toggle off first.
Can I use this in my own business?
Yes, and that is the point. Run it in your store, teach your whole team from it, build your own internal tools with it, and pass the file along to anybody, unchanged. All free, forever, no permission needed. The one thing that needs a conversation first: selling it, building a product or a paid service on it, or using it to consult for other people's businesses. What does it cost?
